Francie Sorem loves to communicate, and not just with words. For more than 30 years, she has spoken to others with her innovative cut, color and texture techniques. On stage as a member of the ISO Artistic Creative Team, she reaches out to her audience in hope of finding its core. Nothing motivates her more than when she interacts with her audience so they feel what she says and learn from it.
Confident and assured, Francie has earned the respect of her peers for her endurance in this ever-changing industry. She has worked with ISO in developing many of its educational materials.
Though she began her career at ISO when the company had only two waves, Francie chose to enhance her skills, eagerly absorbing and eventually contributing to the latest waving techniques. On stage she uses creative wrapping styles and easy-to-follow instruction in an effort to encourage more interest in waving and textural applications.
Change is the driving force behind Francie`s motivation and the reason she will always do something different, newer or more exciting than the last time. It`s her need to grow that won`t allow her to do the same style twice as she brings new artistic expression to her craft through all that she sees.
