International Hair & Beauty Systems was founded by Hilton Bell and his wife, Lee Ann. Hilton has worked on the creative teams of Wella, Schwartzkopf and L`Oreal as well as operating his own high-fashion salons and teaching seminars on several different continents.
Hilton had been searching for a hair color system that produced results whilst conserving the structural integrity of the hair. Eventually he discovered Organic Color Systems, a UK based company that was producing long lasting ammonia free colors, as well as a range of hair care products that support a more natural approach to treating the hair.
International Hair & Beauty Systems is now the exclusive importer of Organic Color Systems` products in America.
While many products have advertised low ammonia formulations there has never been a credible hair color solution that bypasses the use of ammonia entirely until now. Organic Color Systems guarantees long lasting ammonia free colors.
